a vacation to remember

What a trip. Favorite flashbacks:
Our first meal - bahn mi and a jackfruit smoothie on Stockton
Collin greeting us, all sun-bleached and tan, with a big smile and welcoming greeting for Kai
Fourth of July fireworks on the levee with the Moffatt's, 10 PM and pitch black but we could see the kids running around because of their glowing bracelets and necklaces. The best firework display I've ever seen.

Our beautiful day and night in SF, we were cold, but the kids were great and the weather was refreshing
Even though sleeping the same room was tough, I loved snuggling to sleep with my brood every night, we were always to tired after such busy days
We have such generous, wonderful, kind, faithful friends in Sac, and we just loved seeing all of them again. It was an incredible week.
